Robert B. Saucier – President, CEO, and Director

Mr. Saucier is the founder of Galaxy Gaming. Besides leading the executive team, Rob’s primary responsibilities include product development, strategic planning, developing acquisition strategies, and investor relations. Throughout his career, he has founded and grown five successful start-up companies including the Mars Hotel Corporation, which developed and managed the Mars Hotel and Casino, Washington’s first non-tribal casino. Previously, he founded and served as the President and Chairman of International Pacific, which was presented the prodigious INC. 500 award under his guidance. He also founded and led Titan International, Inc., which specialized in electronic security and surveillance systems.Throughout his career, Rob has consulted with and invested in numerous business ventures and real estate development projects.


William O’Hara – Chief Operating Officer and Director

Bill joined Galaxy Gaming in February 2008 and is currently responsible for the day to day operations of our business, including gaming regulatory compliance. After serving honorably in the U.S. Marine Corps, followed by a very successful 25-year career in the hair, skin and electrolysis industry internationally, Bill began his gaming industry career as the first employee of Shuffle Master Gaming in 1991 and relocated to Las Vegas in 1992 to head up that company’s sales, service and marketing divisions. In 1998, he joined Casinovations, Inc. as Senior VP of operations and president of its Mississippi subsidiary. In 2000, Bill joined PDS Gaming as its Senior VP of their newly formed electronic table games division. Bill previously served on the Board of Directors of the Missouri Riverboat Gaming Association, Casino Management Association and the Better Business Bureau.Additionally Bill was an active member of the Mississippi Casino Operators Association, the Illinois Riverboat Casino Association and served on the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Advisors.


Gary Vecchiarelli – Chief Financial Officer

Gary brings over 12 years of experience in accounting and finance to the Galaxy team. Most of his career has been in public accounting with two national accounting firms, including BDO USA, LLP, the world’s fifth largest public accounting firm. At BDO, Gary played a key role in helping to open and establish the firm’s Las Vegas audit practice. He has significant experience with complex accounting issues including mergers & acquisitions, revenue recognition, SEC financial reporting and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.During his career, his clientele has included gaming manufacturers such as Aruze Gaming America, Inc., FortuNet, Inc., and Diamond Resorts International, one of the world’s largest timeshare companies.Gary earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from San Jose State University in 2001 and obtained his CPA license in 2006 from California. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Executives International and Institute of Management Accountants. Currently, he is President of the Las Vegas Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants and has served on its Board of Directors since 2008.

Serving as principal financial officer and principal accounting officer for Securities and Exchange Commission reporting purposes, he also serves as the Company’s Secretary and Treasurer.


Ken Dickinson – Product Development and Manufacturing Manager

Ken brings to Galaxy Gaming 22 years of product development experience in the Gaming Industry. During this time he managed the development of slot machine platforms and games, card shufflers, card recognition devices and various security systems and was instrumental in establishing and growing a development and manufacturing team at Vending Data Corporation, which later became Elixir Gaming Technology, to address the growing market for Gaming in Macau.Prior to his involvement in the Gaming industry, Ken helped develop video communication devices, such as the original CBS Chalkboard, Telestrator System, used by televised Sunday Football Commentators, and various attractions at EPCOT Center in Walt Disney World, FL.


G. Greg Flowers – Marketing

Greg brings more than 40 years of product design, marketing, branding, merchandising and related skills primarily associated with the gaming industry. Well known gaming companies that have relied upon his expertise include Anchor Gaming, American Wagering, Bally Systems, Boyd Gaming, Casino Data Systems, Harrah’s, IGT, Sega Gaming, Mikohn Gaming, Shuffle Master Gaming, TCS America, Williams Gaming, and numerous others. He was instrumental in developing many landmark gaming projects such as IGT’s “Megabucks” and “Quartermania”, Harrah’s “Three Wishes” and “Magic Carpet Ride” and CDS’s “Cool Millions”.During his tenure in the gaming industry he has been responsible for the branding of many specialty table games such as Mikohn’s “Caribbean Stud” and “Caribbean Draw” games, Bet Technology’s “Royal Match 21,” “Fortune Pai Gow Poker,” and “Casino War”. He has also been responsible for the branding of Galaxy Gaming’s “Lucky Ladies,” “Texas Shootout,” “Emperor’s Challenge,” “Deuces Wild,” “Triple Attack Blackjack” and others.
