A well-respected leader in the industry, Matt joined in 2023 as President and CEO to lead Galaxy Gaming through its next phase of strategic growth. As a seasoned gaming industry executive, Matt brings almost two decades of experience working with operators including Caesars and Station Casinos, and manufacturers like Konami and AGS. Most recently, he was the founder and President of Bravery Gaming and, prior to that, served as Executive Vice President at AGS and Vice President of Marketing and Product Management for Konami Gaming.

With over 15 years of experience in the gaming industry, Kopjo began his career at Ernst & Young as an auditor for casino operators, acquiring his CPA license. Kopjo developed an eclectic skillset in Technical Accounting, Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, and Mergers & Acquisitions through a series of roles with both operators and suppliers, including SHLF entertainment, Wynn Resorts, Play AGS, and most recently as Vice President of Finance at Everi Holdings. With a proven track record of success, Kopjo is set to assume a pivotal role on the Executive leadership team, steering Galaxy Gaming through its next phase of growth and evolution.

With a remarkable career spanning over three decades, Ratner brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the executive team. Hailing from South Africa, Ratner initiated his gaming journey at Sun International before making his mark in the USA. Throughout his tenure in casino operations, he ascended through various managerial positions, cultivating invaluable skills in Product Management with prominent companies such as Atronic, Paltronics, Bally Technologies, Konami, and IGT.

With a gaming career spanning over 20 years and across several continents, Nel brings extensive knowledge and experience to the Galaxy Gaming team. Steph Nel started his career as a dealer in South Africa and has since traveled and worked as a sales and business development gaming leader in Africa, the United Kingdom, and now in Las Vegas. Steph Nel was recently honored in the 2022 class of Global Gaming Business Magazines’ Emerging Leaders of Gaming 40 Under 40 award. These prestigious awards celebrate gaming professionals under the age of 40 who are making an impact in the industry.

A relative newcomer to gaming, Steve began his transition to the industry with Galaxy Gaming and has never looked back. Being fortunate enough to learn from one of the brightest minds in gaming, Steve discovered his love for product, and the industry, by creating custom games and progressives. Steve continues to call on his engineering background to drive Galaxy’s push to innovate and deliver the industry’s best and most unique content to market.

With a distinguished career in the gaming industry, Jason is a seasoned iGaming professional known for driving profits, increasing productivity, and solving real-world challenges through insightful data analysis. As a product and performance gaming analyst, he possesses the expertise to transform complex data into actionable strategies and operational goals. Since joining Galaxy in 2021, Jason has been responsible for spearheading research, collaborating with iGaming leaders, and developing games with third-party providers.

As Galaxy Gaming's CFO for the past seven years, Harry helped establish the strategies that resulted in our rapid growth while helping weather the Covid-19 pandemic. In his previous assignments at Caesars, Global Cash Access, and Sightline Payments, he managed to leave them with better balance sheets and higher stock prices. Outside of Galaxy Gaming, Harry serves on the Board of the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC) and as President of the UMC Foundation.
